How to Order

1) Our site

Click one of the product categories in the main page (Universe, World, etc) or Gallery.

In order to see the product detail page, select any map in the chosen category or in Gallery by clicking on either the map photo or title.

Once you have chosen the item you want to order, just click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping bag. Once you have selected all the items you would like to order, select Checkout on upper right of page and you will find the item/s you have chosen.

In order to calculate shipping cost, enter country and state of address where the goods are to be delivered and select shipping method.

Then Sign In or Join up now (if this is the first time) and enter your billing and shipping address.

Under Review and Purchase the final purchase price, including applicable state taxes, will be shown.

If you desire to go forward with your purchase, click Purchase.

You will be forwarded to the Paypal site, which will collect your credit card data and insure you full confidentiality of your financial data which will not be shared with  Artisanmaps.

As soon as Paypal confirms that your credit card has been accepted, order is placed with us. We will process the order and ship within 48 hours. However, given extensive size of our catalogue, certain items may not be in stock and will therefore need to be special ordered and handcrafted in Italy. In this case delivery time from date of order may extend up to 21 days.

In any case, within 48 hours of your order, we will email you confirmation of delivery time.
